Orders reach the driver's phone
Assign an order to a linked driver account and the driver receives a push notification in their own language. The driver's Work list refreshes by itself, so a new order appears without reopening the app.
Create an order with its loading and unloading stops and assign it to a linked driver; it reaches their phone as a push notification. The driver checks in Loaded or Unloaded with GPS, adds photos and remarks, and collects the signatures on screen. The CMR PDF carries a QR code that opens the document without a login.
Company accounts create and dispatch orders and fill in the CMR; linked driver accounts accept the order, check in, add photos and collect the signatures from the phone.

Each Loaded or Unloaded check-in stores the device position and its distance to the stop pinned on the map. Check-ins more than 2 km away are flagged for review, never blocked, so a poor signal does not stop the driver.
Sender, driver and consignee sign on the phone screen. Every signature needs a typed name, sender and consignee may add an ID number, and remarks or reservations can be recorded at the moment of signing.
The CMR PDF prints a QR code and a unique link that serves the same PDF directly, with no login and no app. The link stays active for 30 days after the order is completed.
As soon as anyone signs, the box content is locked and a SHA-256 fingerprint is stored. Every PDF is checked against it and prints integrity verified, or a warning when the content differs.
Assignment, acceptance, check-ins, photos, edits and signatures are logged with timestamp and GPS. Signatures and check-ins are appended to the CMR as amendment pages.
Give it a title, truck and trailer, then add loading and unloading stops with a place name, address, map pin, time window and instructions. The reference number is generated for you when left blank.
Pick a driver from your linked driver accounts. The driver gets a push notification and sees the order under Work, with an Accept order button to confirm receipt.
At each stop the driver taps the navigation button for directions, then Loaded or Unloaded. The check-in dialog takes optional remarks and attaches the device GPS; photos can be added per stop.
The company completes the numbered boxes and saves the CMR. The driver collects the sender, driver and consignee signatures on the phone; the company can sign as sender from the desktop.
Download the trilingual CMR with QR code and amendment pages, or the order sheet with the stop plan, GPS activity log and photo thumbnails. Both are available to the company and the driver.
Each stop has a type (loading or unloading), place name, address, coordinates picked on an OpenStreetMap map, a from-until time window and free-text instructions. Stops can be reordered, and check-ins are compared against the pin.
Orders move from Draft to Assigned, to In progress on the first check-in and to Completed when every stop is done. Orders can be cancelled, and every edit after creation is logged as Order modified with the changed fields.
Boxes 1 to 24 of the standard consignment note, with repeatable goods lines (up to 20), ADR fields, carriage payment and special agreements. A carrier dropdown fills box 16 from your company profiles; the sender NIF/VAT has its own field.
The PDF reproduces the numbered FR/EN/DE form with signatures, signer names and times in boxes 22 to 24, truck and trailer plates in box 27, and one amendment page per signature and check-in with timestamp and GPS.
A separate dispatch sheet with ES/EN labels: driver, truck, trailer and dates, notes, the stop plan with done status, the GPS activity log with distance flags and up to 12 photo thumbnails.
An order whose CMR was signed less than a year ago cannot be deleted. The public link behind the QR serves the PDF directly and reports the link as expired 30 days after the order is completed.
No. The driver uses their own driver account, linked to your company with an invitation code. Only linked driver accounts appear in the Assigned driver list, because the push notification and the check-ins go to that account.
The check-in still goes through. The app asks the driver to confirm checking in without GPS and records the event without a position. When a position is more than 2 km from the stop, the event is flagged with the distance, not rejected.
It encodes a unique link to the PDF. Anyone who scans it gets the current CMR, amendment pages included, without logging in. The link expires 30 days after the order is completed; the company and the driver can still download the PDF from the app.
No. The first signature locks the box content and stores its SHA-256 fingerprint, which is printed on the PDF. Remarks made at signing are stored separately, so they do not alter the sealed content.
On the driver's phone all three roles can sign: the sender at loading, the driver, and the consignee at delivery. From the desktop the company can only sign as sender. Each role signs once and a typed name is required.
