No manual clock-in
Working time is taken from the tachograph card the driver already downloads. Nobody types hours, and driving and other work are counted exactly as the card recorded them.
Tacho Manager turns each driver's card activities into the monthly working-time registry Spanish law requires. Every shift shows its real start and end, driving, other work, breaks and effective total, and the month is exported as a PDF ready for the company and the worker to sign.
Company accounts generate and download the registry for every driver they manage; driver accounts see and download their own months once their company switches on Time registry access.
Working time is taken from the tachograph card the driver already downloads. Nobody types hours, and driving and other work are counted exactly as the card recorded them.
Activities are grouped into shifts separated by a rest of nine hours or more. A night shift that crosses midnight is one row with its real end time marked +1, not two broken days.
An A4 landscape document in Spanish with the identity block, one line per calendar day, monthly totals, the legal note and signature lines for the company and the worker.
Keep more than one employer company under one account, each with its CIF/NIF and workplace, and assign the right one to each driver. The registry carries that company's details.
Switch on Time registry access per driver and the driver account gets the same table and PDF for its own card, with no request to the office.
Overlapping card downloads are merged into a single timeline, so a period recorded in several files counts once and totals are never inflated by repeated downloads.
Driver-card files reach the account through the web upload, the Android app with a card reader, or the driver's own linked account.
Open Time registry, choose the driver, the month and the year. The table appears with one row per shift and a month total line.
The page shows the employer company, CIF/NIF and workplace beside the worker's name, DNI/NIF and Social Security number, and warns if anything is missing.
Click Download PDF to get the registro de jornada for that month, named after the card number and the month, ready to print and sign.
Effective working time = driving + other work. Availability is used to find the span of the shift but is not shown or counted, and breaks are the gaps inside a shift shorter than nine hours.
Date, Start, End, Driving, Other work, Breaks and Effective total per shift, then a MONTH TOTAL row with the days worked. The PDF adds the weekday and lists rest days as Descanso / sin actividad.
A closed month is built from the first card download made after the month ended; the current month uses the latest file. Days still to come are left blank in the PDF.
The driver's Working with company since date, shared with Payroll, clips the registry: card activity before that date is ignored, so earlier days show as rest.
Each employer company stores name, CIF/NIF, workplace, address, postal code, city, country, phone and email. Deleting a profile unassigns its drivers; the PDF stays disabled until a company is assigned.
The PDF cites Art. 34.9 of the Workers' Statute and RD 1561/1995 art. 10 bis, notes that work done outside the vehicle may need a complementary record, and reminds you to keep it for four years.
It is built for the Spanish registro de jornada, so the PDF is in Spanish and cites Spanish law. The table on screen follows your app language, and the shift totals are useful to any fleet.
The download is enabled only when the month has card activity and the driver has an employer company assigned. Add a company under Account, then assign it in the driver's edit form under Company (Time Registry).
No. A shift is anchored to the day it starts and shows its real end time with a +1 marker when it finishes the next day. The following calendar day counts as rest unless another shift starts on it.
Yes, when the company holds the module and switches on Time registry access in the driver's edit form. The driver then sees Time registry in the menu, picks a month and downloads the PDF for their own card.
No. The registry contains only what the tachograph card recorded. The PDF itself notes that loading, waiting or paperwork done away from the vehicle may need a complementary record.
