The whole month at a glance
A Monday-first month grid with one continuous bar per reservation. Bars that run across several weeks keep their title on every row, and overlapping bookings stack in separate lanes instead of hiding each other.
The planning calendar is a month grid where a company reserves drivers, trucks and trailers over a range of days. Each reservation is a colour-coded bar with a title and a note. If the same driver or vehicle is already booked on those days, the clash is shown before saving, and you decide whether to keep it.
Company accounts use the calendar to plan their own drivers, trucks and trailers; driver accounts have no access to it.
A Monday-first month grid with one continuous bar per reservation. Bars that run across several weeks keep their title on every row, and overlapping bookings stack in separate lanes instead of hiding each other.
On every save the app checks whether the same driver or vehicle is already reserved on overlapping days. It lists the conflicting reservations with their dates and holds the save until you confirm.
A handover day where two drivers share one truck is legitimate. Save anyway keeps the overlap on purpose; change the dates, driver or vehicle and the app checks again before saving.
A reservation can be saved with no driver and no vehicle. It shows a dashed outline and a question mark on the grid and a To assign badge in the list, so unfilled jobs stay visible until someone is assigned.
Pick a driver or a registration in the filter and the grid shows only their reservations, so you see exactly where a specific truck or person is free this month.
Each reservation has a free colour picker and a note of up to 2000 characters. The note appears in the reservation list and in the tooltip when you hover a bar.
Calendar sits in the sidebar right after Work. Use the arrows or Today to move between months; the filter narrows the grid to one driver or one vehicle.
Clicking a day opens a new reservation with that date filled in. Give it a title, pick a colour, choose a driver and/or a vehicle, set the first and last day and add a note.
If the driver or vehicle is already booked on those days, the app lists the conflicting reservations. Adjust the dates or the subject, or press Save anyway if the overlap is intended.
Below the grid, Reservations in view lists every booking touching the visible weeks with dates, driver, vehicle and note. Open one to edit or delete it.
A reservation covers an inclusive range of whole days, from a single day up to a year. Title up to 160 characters, note up to 2000, an optional driver and an optional vehicle taken from the company's own Drivers and Vehicles lists.
The vehicle list in the reservation form contains every truck and trailer registered under Vehicles, so a trailer can be reserved on its own or alongside a truck.
Two reservations clash when they share at least one day and the same driver or the same vehicle. The check runs on every save, skips the reservation being edited and returns the list of conflicts. Reservations with no driver or vehicle are not checked.
A reservation that crosses a week boundary is drawn as one segment per week row: square where it continues, rounded where it ends. Overlapping bars in the same week stack in separate lanes.
If a driver or vehicle is later removed from the company, its reservations stay on the calendar and remain editable, showing the historical name or registration.
New company accounts get the Calendar module for 30 days with every other module; afterwards it is activated from Billing and switched on or off under Modules. The live demo shows the calendar read-only.
No. The calendar is a planning tool for company accounts only, and the app refuses calendar requests from driver accounts. Drivers receive their jobs through the separate Work orders module.
The save is refused and the form lists the reservations that overlap, with their dates. Change the dates or the vehicle, or press Save anyway if the overlap is intended, for example a handover day.
No. A reservation can be saved with neither. It is marked To assign on the grid and in the list so you can fill the slot later. Conflict checks only run for reservations that have a driver or a vehicle.
It is a module. New company accounts get it, with every other module, for 30 days. Afterwards it is activated from the Billing page and can be switched on or off under Modules.
No. Reservations are internal planning entries visible only in the company account. Transport orders, driver notifications and e-CMR are handled by the Work module.
