By registering for or using Tacho Manager, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the related privacy and cookie information published for the service.

Tacho Manager provides tools for account registration, authentication, tachograph file upload, report generation, driver and vehicle administration, and mobile smart-card workflows where supported.

• You must provide accurate registration and account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and recovery email access.
• You must ensure that you are authorized to upload, process and manage the files and data you submit to the service.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Tachograph files, smart-card scans and related uploads may be transferred to the server and stored for processing. Tacho Manager may use those files to generate reports, compliance indicators, planning outputs and related account information.

Where enabled by the service configuration, uploaded files may be stored in encrypted form.

The service may evolve over time and features may be changed, updated, restricted or discontinued. Access may also be suspended temporarily for maintenance, security, billing or operational reasons.

Tacho Manager may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect the platform, enforce these terms, respond to legal obligations or address misuse. Users may also request account deletion through the available support or verified deletion channels.

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Those pages describe how personal data may be processed and what rights users may have.
